In 2006, our story begins with Pedro leaving his family as a determined individual who embarked on a life-changing journey from Mexico to Canada. In 2006, our story begins with Pedro leaving his family as a determined individual who embarked on a life-changing journey from Mexico to Canada. Filled with their dreams of new opportunities and a better future, he arrived in Canada, ready to embrace the unknown. He experienced the challenges and triumphs of adapting to a new culture and building a life in a foreign land. Missing his family, he returned to Mexico, although his unwavering spirit and determination brought him back to BC in 2009, where he started a renovation and maintenance business in Whistler, BC and moved his family to Canada in 2013. Working side by side, Pedro & Leti endured the barriers of living in another country but continued to grow and create their new life in BC.
Through their journey with two small children, PJ and Regina, their experiences gained in both Canada and Mexico, led them to embark on a new chapter, bringing their construction expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront and moved to the Okanagan.
Today, living in West Kelowna they started Canamex Renos & Contracting in 2021 and haven't looked back! Their company continues to their growth and projects in both countries.
As they reflect on their accomplishments, their family have created a legacy and a place they can truly call home. As their company continues to grow they are inspired to help others pursue their dreams and employ others who want a better life in Canada.

The 4 main siding types we have installed are:
1. Hardie Board (Fiber Cement Siding):
· Durability: Hardie board is known for its exceptional durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, including wind, rain, hail, and extreme temperatures.
· Fire Resistance: Hardie board is non-combustible, making it highly resistant to fire.
· Low Maintenance: It requires minimal maintenance, such as occasional cleaning, and is resistant to rot, insects, and warping.
· Aesthetics: Hardie board can mimic the look of natural wood siding while offering improved durability and longevity.
2.Engineering Siding;
This product is are eco-consciously manufactured that increases its strength, rigidity, and durability while lessening our carbon footprint. It doesn't actually contain any real wood, at least wood in its original state.
This eco-friendly exterior siding option is in fact made from 95% recycled waste: wood fibre from sawmills and recycled thermoplastic.
3. Vinyl Siding:
· Affordability: Vinyl siding is generally more affordable compared to other siding materials, making it a popular choice for budget-conscious homeowners.
· Low Maintenance: It is virtually maintenance-free, as it does not require painting or sealing. Regular cleaning is usually sufficient.
