Siding Replacement in West Kelowna, BC
Strip out failing, water-damaged cladding and start fresh with a premium weather-sealed exterior engineered for Okanagan heat, cold, and sun.
A Full Tear-Off Done Right the First Time
Old siding hides problems. Once vinyl, cedar, or composite panels start to cup, crack, or pull loose, moisture works its way behind the cladding and into the plywood sheathing below. Patching individual boards only delays the damage.
At Canamex Siding Ltd, our siding replacement process starts with a complete tear-off down to the sheathing. We inspect every wall for hidden rot, replace damaged wood, and install a fresh breathable weather barrier before your new cladding goes on. The result is a sealed, durable exterior built to handle Okanagan summers and winters without callbacks.
Professional Siding Replacement Services in West Kelowna & The Okanagan
When existing exterior cladding reaches the end of its service life, a complete siding replacement in West Kelowna is the most reliable way to protect your home's framing and insulation from ongoing moisture damage. Sun-baked vinyl becomes brittle and cracks, cedar siding splits and cups, and aging composite panels allow water behind the wall assembly where it rots sheathing and studs. Our crew tears the old material off completely, inspects every sheet of plywood, and rebuilds a weather-sealed exterior from the sheathing outward.
A proper replacement also gives you the chance to upgrade thermal performance and curb appeal at the same time. We install insulated vinyl siding that reduces thermal bridging, modern board and batten accent panels that suit contemporary homes in Rose Valley and Lakeview Heights, and durable composite cladding engineered for the wide humidity swings of the Okanagan. Every replacement includes new weather barrier, flashing, and trim detailing so the finished wall sheds water the way it was designed to.
Canamex Siding Ltd has replaced siding on homes from West Kelowna to Kelowna, Peachland, Summerland, Penticton, Vernon, and Lake Country. Our crews work efficiently, keep the site clean, and finish on the timeline we quote. Call us at (250) 258-0338 or submit our online form to request your free, itemized siding replacement estimate.
